Won a Grammy and took a jab at President Trump: Shakira didn’t hold back with her comments

At the Grammys, Shakira celebrated her win but used the moment to address immigration issues in the U.S., dedicating her award to fellow immigrants. She emphasized their value and support.

Her album, Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, released in March 2024, includes eight new songs and has amassed 3.7 billion Spotify plays. She described the creative process as turning vulnerability into strength.

She also thanked her two sons for their support before Jennifer Lopez presented her with the award—their first shared stage since the 2020 Super Bowl.
