A 34-year-old single father to three-year-old twins, Bella and Lily, has faced immense challenges since their mother abandoned them as infants. To care for his daughters while earning a living, he took a remote IT job. Though life was difficult, he managed\u2014until a string of crises hit: their daycare shut down, his income was cut, his mother fell ill, rent increased, and his washing machine broke.<\/p>\n

Desperate, he visited a secondhand appliance shop where a kind older woman with gray hair gently suggested a specific washing machine.
