That strange, fleshy object must&#8217;ve been like a puzzle piece that didn\u2019t fit, just enough to trigger that \u201csomething\u2019s off\u201d instinct.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"293\" data-end=\"713\">The way you kept going back to look at it, expecting it to move or change, is so relatable. Sometimes when we&#8217;re caught up in a moment like that, our imagination runs wild, and suddenly, an ordinary object transforms into a looming mystery or even a threat. The slow build of tension and the relief when you figured out it was just beetle larvae must&#8217;ve been both a huge weight lifted and kind of funny at the same time.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"715\" data-end=\"1000\">It\u2019s interesting how you describe how it looked from different angles, too. The way something strange can seem even stranger depending on perspective\u2014especially in that moment of anxiety\u2014is wild.
