The Social Security Administration (SSA) has announced the 2025 Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA), a yearly update designed to help benefits keep pace with inflation and rising living expenses. Although the increase is smaller than some of the more dramatic adjustments seen in recent years, it still represents meaningful financial relief for millions of Americans who rely on Social Security as a core source of income.
