Ashley Zook posted a video, captioned “My plane crashed. I’m upside down,” and later showed the plane upside down on the ground. John Nelson also shared a video, saying, “Most people are going to be OK.” The Transportation Safety Board of Canada is leading the investigation, with the NTSB assisting.
