Delta News Hub confirmed that there were no fatalities, with injured passengers transported to hospitals, emphasizing their “primary focus is taking care of those impacted.” Passengers shared their experiences on social media. Ashley Zook posted a video, captioned “My plane crashed. I’m upside down,” and later showed the plane upside down on the ground. John Nelson also shared a video, saying, “Most people are going to be OK.” The Transportation Safety Board of Canada is leading the investigation, with the NTSB assisting.
