Natural Kitchen Drink for Circulation and Detox
A simple homemade drink made from common kitchen ingredients is gaining popularity for its potential benefits in circulation and detoxification. You’ll need a red onion, garlic, ginger, two lemons, turmeric, black pepper, honey, and a liter of water.
Start by peeling and slicing the red onion into rings, then place them in a pot. Finely chop garlic cloves and dice peeled ginger, adding both to the pot. Peel, chop, and add one lemon (washed thoroughly to remove pesticides).
Pour in a liter of water. Mix turmeric and black pepper together—this combination improves absorption of turmeric’s active compound, curcumin—and add them to the pot.
Simmer gently for about ten minutes to release the ingredients’ beneficial properties. Remove from heat and let cool for 30 minutes to preserve nutrients.
Strain the liquid into a glass bottle or jar, then stir in two tablespoons of natural honey. Squeeze the juice of the second lemon directly into the bottle, seal, and shake well.
Take one to two tablespoons of this tonic each morning on an empty stomach. While this drink may support health, it’s not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
