For their seventh birthday in 2017, identical twins Leah Rose and Ava Marie Clements launched an Instagram account—and quickly went viral. Dubbed the “most beautiful twins in the world,” the California sisters soon became sought-after child models, landing deals with Nike, Disney, and Target.

Their mother, Jaqi Clements, clarified that modeling was the twins’ dream—not hers—and that she and her husband weren’t profiting, but supporting their daughters’ ambitions.

In 2019, the family’s social media presence became more than a platform for modeling—it became a lifeline. Their father, Kevin, was diagnosed with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma. The girls used their platform to help find a bone marrow donor. Although Kevin ultimately found a match in his brother, thousands joined the donor registry, potentially saving other lives.

Now 14, Leah and Ava continue to model, inspire millions, and use their influence for good. Their journey is a testament to family, resilience, and using fame to make a difference.
