Democrats Launch Vicious Attack Against Pam Bondi

The Justice Department informed the American Bar Association (ABA) it will no longer follow its judicial nominee ratings, citing bias favoring Democratic picks.

Attorney General Pam Bondi criticized the ABA’s “special treatment” and revoked their early access to nominees. Nominees will not respond to ABA questionnaires or interviews.

Democrats, including Senate Minority Whip Dick Durbin, condemned the move as politically motivated and harmful to judicial integrity. The ABA has historically rated nominees critically, especially under Trump, but Democrats argue this decision weakens nominee vetting.

The action follows Trump’s recent judicial appointments, including Emil Bove, stirring controversy.
