Trump Starts Process Of Bringing MAGA Team Back Together

A rift within the MAGA movement has emerged over President Trump’s possible military action against Iran. Key voices like Tucker Carlson and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene have urged Trump to honor his “America First” promises and avoid another Middle East war. Carlson, who accused Trump of complicity in war after a strike on Iran, later apologized in a private call. Despite concerns, figures like Steve Bannon predict Trump’s base will ultimately back him.

Tensions have reached inside Trump’s administration. Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard was sidelined after warning of nuclear escalation, though VP J.D. Vance defended her, calling her a vital team member. Vance also criticized Iran for delaying diplomacy.

The decision centers on whether the U.S. will assist Israel in striking Iran’s heavily fortified Fordow nuclear site. Trump has delayed final action, allowing two weeks for potential negotiations. Iran has requested a meeting with the U.S., while Israel continues urging America to use bunker-buster bombs it lacks.
