Later, during a debate on Trump’s tariffs, Faulkner again fact-checked Murphy after he blamed Trump for inflation and debt. She pointed out that inflation peaked under Biden, not Trump, and that consumer debt hit record highs a year earlier. Faulkner emphasized economic facts over partisan spin throughout both discussions.
