Witnesses say the woman, estimated to be around 30 years old and currently unidentified, was discovered shortly after 11:00 a.m. in a weakened but conscious state.

A concerned passerby, who had seen her motionless at around 5:30 a.m., contacted authorities upon noticing she had not moved for hours. Emergency responders transported her to Prek Phon Health Center, where staff noted she appeared emaciated and possibly recently discharged from a hospital.
