Taco seasoning + 1/4 cup water

1 can Rotel (drained)

Biscuit dough (enough to cover 9×13 pan)

1 cup shredded cheddar (for creamy layer)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

Preheat & Prep

Oven: 350°F (175°C).

Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook the Beef

Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain excess grease.
