Carrie Underwood Is Worth a Shocking $140 Million—But She Still Lives Like a Normal Person

Carrie Underwood may be a country superstar, but at heart, she’s as down-to-earth as they come.

She grows her own produce, pickles vegetables, makes yogurt, and finds peace in the simple routines of home life. Despite a demanding schedule, including a Las Vegas residency, Carrie admits she’s happiest at home. “I don’t like vacations. I don’t like going places. I just want to be home,” she told fellow artist Jimmie Allen.

Even on the red carpet, she prefers to do her own hair and makeup, finding joy and control in the process. While her husband Mike Fisher is more outgoing, Carrie embraces her introverted side, saying, “I would literally never leave my house.” Whether she’s canning vegetables or skipping a glam squad, Carrie remains relatable, grounded, and unapologetically herself.
