A man convicted of a serious offense involving a minor was sentenced to prison — but just two days into his sentence, a disturbing “welcome” video filmed by fellow inmates surfaced online, drawing widespread outrage.

The man was among a group linked to a shocking kidnapping involving a 16-year-old girl in the UK. The teenager, traveling from Bristol to London, was abducted by Roberto French, 22, Hilal Mohamed, 22, and Abdisalam Mohamad, 21. According to the Evening Standard, the men used threats and coercion to target and detain the victim.

Despite being pursued, the teen managed to escape and contact authorities. A two-year investigation followed, leading to the arrest and conviction of all three suspects on multiple serious charges.
