Sources close to Martin say he plans to scrutinize Schumer, sending a “letter of inquiry” regarding his controversial March 2020 rally remarks. Schumer had claimed that Supreme Court Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh would “pay the price” if they opposed Roe v. Wade, though he later retracted the statement.
