Diddy’s lawyer suddenly quits rapper’s case with mysterious statement

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces a setback as his lawyer, Anthony Ricco, announced he will no longer represent him ahead of his upcoming trial. Combs, currently in custody, faces charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals for prostitution, stemming from alleged incidents at his Los Angeles mansion.

Ricco filed a motion to withdraw, citing his inability to effectively serve as counsel, though specific reasons were not provided. Despite this change, Combs will still be represented by five other attorneys, including Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos.

His trial is scheduled to begin in May, and the withdrawal is not expected to cause delays.
