The two joked about Musk being called “President Elon.” Their relationship has had ups and downs, from Musk criticizing Trump in 2016 to later calling him a genius. Despite past disagreements, Musk reinstated Trump’s Twitter and donated heavily to his 2024 campaign. Now, Musk holds a role in Trump’s government efficiency group, and reports suggest they talk daily. The Fox News interview is yet to air.
