Former Epstein Lawyer Dershowitz Says He Knows Who’s On ‘Client List’

Pundit Sean Spicer on Thursday resurfaced a March interview with attorney Alan Dershowitz, in which Dershowitz claimed he knows the names on Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged client list—and why they’ve been kept hidden. “I know the names of the individuals. I know why they’re being suppressed. I know who’s suppressing them,” he said during the March 19 episode of The Sean Spicer Show, which was reposted on social media last week. Dershowitz added that while he’s bound by court-imposed confidentiality, he had once been falsely accused himself.

Dershowitz went further, asserting that the names are being withheld not for legal reasons, but to protect individuals tied to Epstein’s crimes. “That’s wrong,” he said, arguing that the public has a right to know who was involved. His remarks have reignited debate over the continued lack of transparency surrounding Epstein’s associates and possible co-conspirators.

Earlier this year, the Trump administration had vowed to release all documents and information related to Epstein. However, that promise was quietly reversed when the Department of Justice issued a memo last week stating that there is no conspiracy surrounding Epstein’s death and no remaining client list to disclose. This reversal sparked outrage among many Trump supporters who had long demanded full disclosure.

Victims’ rights attorney Sigrid McCawley also criticized the government’s stance. Speaking to NewsNation, she claimed a “treasure trove” of information remains sealed. She said Epstein operated with the help of a network of enablers—including attorneys and financial experts—none of whom have faced prosecution.

President Trump, meanwhile, dismissed questions about Epstein during a recent Cabinet meeting. He expressed frustration with continued media focus on the late financier and defended Attorney General Pam Bondi amid reported internal conflict. On Truth Social, Trump downplayed the issue, referring to Epstein as “a guy who never dies” and calling criticism from within the MAGA base “selfish,” insisting his administration remains “PERFECT.”
