Jamie Lee Curtis fights back tears while talking about L.A. fires

The wildfires devastating Los Angeles have deeply affected many, including actress Jamie Lee Curtis, 66. Although her house was spared, many neighbors lost everything. Curtis expressed heartbreak for those impacted, including friends, schools, and local businesses. She urged the audience to support the American Red Cross and emphasized the importance of being prepared for emergencies. Sharing a photo of her church’s destruction, Curtis reflected on its personal significance. Determined to return to her family, she stressed the importance of community and supporting those in need. The fires have claimed lives and destroyed thousands of structures.
