Longtime WaPo Columnist Accuses Jill Biden Of Elder Abuse

Sally Quinn, a longtime Washington Post columnist, accused First Lady Jill Biden of “elder abuse” for encouraging President Joe Biden to seek re-election despite his health issues.

In an interview, Quinn said Jill should have discouraged him from running, calling it a disservice to the country.

Quinn claimed many Washington insiders were alarmed by Biden’s mental state and shocked by his recent prostate cancer diagnosis. She questioned how his medical team missed the disease’s progression.

Her remarks sparked political backlash, with some officials, including DOJ commentator Leo Terrell, suggesting Jill Biden could face legal consequences.

The White House has not formally responded to these accusations.
