Meet the “Trueblue Twins”

Although twins are quite common, many people are fascinated by how two individuals can look so alike. Megan and Morgan, a pair of twins, drew more than just curious glances—they captivated the world. With eyes the color of clear water, their image at four years old went viral online.

When Megan and Morgan Boyd were just four, their mother’s Instagram posts of them took the world by storm, earning them the nickname “Trueblue Twins.” While parents often adore photos of their children, the twins’ unique appearance garnered global attention, leading to an Instagram following of over 153,000.

It’s easy to see why, right?

Born on June 6, 2011, Megan and Morgan’s mother, Stephanie, coined the nickname “Trueblue Twins” due to their striking blue eyes. To tell the twins apart, you need to look closely at their eyes: Megan has two blue eyes, while Morgan’s right eye is dark brown.

Here’s how they look now as nine-year-olds.

Like many twins, Megan and Morgan often wear matching outfits. Stephanie enjoys shopping for their clothes and keeping their wardrobes coordinated. She prioritizes their physical and emotional well-being.

Their rare eye color has amazed many admirers. Some people assume that African-descended individuals with blue eyes are wearing colored contacts, but this can actually be due to a rare gene. Stephanie, who naturally has blue eyes, doesn’t wear colored contacts either.
