In 2017, seven-year-old twins Leah Rose and Ava Marie Clements went viral after their mother created an Instagram account to share family photos. Dubbed the “most beautiful twins in the world,” they quickly gained millions of followers and launched into a successful modeling career with brands like Nike and Disney.
Now 14, the California-based twins have grown up in front of the camera. Their mom, Jaqi, insists modeling was the girls’ choice, not hers, and that she and her husband Kevin made sacrifices to support their passion—not profit from it.
In 2019, their world shifted when Kevin was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. Using their platform, the girls called on followers to register as bone marrow donors. Though Kevin’s match came from his brother, the twins’ outreach brought awareness and inspired thousands to join the registry.
Today, Leah and Ava continue modeling while promoting causes they care about. Their story goes beyond beauty and fame—it’s about family, resilience, and using influence for good.
