New Poll Is More Bad News For Democrats

New polling highlights significant Democratic discontent six months after the 2024 election, with skepticism spreading across age groups and racial lines.

A May survey reveals that only about one-third of Democrats are optimistic about their party, a steep decline from July 2024 when nearly 60% were hopeful.

This shift followed President Joe Biden’s criticized debate performance and decision to withdraw from the race. Many Democrats, like Teamster member Damien Williams, feel the party needs new leadership, similar to Obama, to drive positive change.

Polls also show mixed opinions on figures like Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, contributing to the party’s struggles
