Sanford’s car crossed the center line and collided with a recycling truck, igniting her vehicle and forcing the truck off the road. Authorities found no signs of speeding, drugs, or alcohol—she was simply on her way to work. However, her posts revealed she had been on her phone moments before the crash, highlighting the dangers of distracted driving.
