Meanwhile, Trump suggested a possible negotiated settlement to end the war and criticized Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for not reaching a deal earlier. Zelensky, in response, clarified that Ukraine received significantly less than the $200 billion in U.S. aid Trump mentioned, totaling about $76 billion, with much of it directed toward military assistance.
