Republicans Expose The Democrat Who Was Faking Biden’s Signatures

David Sacks, the top artificial intelligence advisor under President Donald Trump, claimed Tuesday that Senator Elizabeth Warren was behind the controversial use of the autopen during Joe Biden’s presidency. In an interview with Fox News host Jesse Watters, Sacks alleged that Warren “controlled” the device, which was used to apply Biden’s signature to numerous executive orders. The autopen, typically reserved for non-urgent documents, is now central to a growing scandal questioning whether Biden personally approved key decisions during his final year in office. Trump has argued that many of these orders, including presidential pardons, should be deemed invalid as a result.

Sacks did not present evidence for his claims but accused Warren of using the autopen to push an anti-cryptocurrency agenda, allegedly aiming to “drive the crypto community offshore.” The controversy intensified after the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project reported that nearly all documents bearing Biden’s signature during his presidency used the autopen, except for his 2024 campaign withdrawal statement. Trump, in a speech at the Department of Justice, criticized the practice as “disrespectful” and questioned the legitimacy of such orders. House Oversight Chair James Comer (R-KY) has initiated a probe into the issue, warning that subpoenas may be issued if former Biden staffers do not cooperate. Additionally, Ed Martin, the DOJ’s new pardon attorney, confirmed an active investigation into the use of the autopen in Biden’s final pardons. A whistleblower has reportedly come forward with serious allegations.
