Woman that’s been renting same home for years finds out deceased landlord left home under her name Continue Reading Below first comment👇👇

75-year-old Jane Sayner from St. Albans, Melbourne, had rented a two-bedroom apartment for over 20 years. When her landlord, multimillionaire John Perrett, passed away in 2020, she feared losing her home. However, in a surprising twist, John left his properties to loyal tenants, including Jane, making her an unexpected homeowner.

John Perrett, a generous man who donated AUD$18.6 million to the Royal Melbourne Hospital, chose to reward Jane and another long-term tenant with ownership of their apartments. Jane, who had lovingly cared for her apartment’s garden, was overwhelmed by this kindness.

Her story is a beautiful reminder of the power of generosity and unexpected blessings.
