Forever Six: Honoring Aëla, the Joyful Spirit Who Sang and Danced Through Life

Aëla Rolland: Forever Light, Forever Loved

Born on December 31, 2018, Aëla Rolland entered the world like a whisper and grew into a song. Gentle, curious, and filled with light, she brought joy to everyone who knew her. Her laughter brightened rooms, and her love for music and dance filled her home with warmth. Singing wasn’t just a hobby—it was her gift. Dancing was her freedom.

In June 2024, just after turning five, Aëla was diagnosed with DIPG, a rare and aggressive brain tumor. Though her body weakened, her spirit never did. She sang through pain, smiled through fatigue, and danced with her eyes when her feet could no longer move. She faced suffering with quiet courage and never stopped being herself.

On May 16, 2025, at only six years old, Aëla passed away—“flew,” as her mother lovingly wrote, into the sky with Peter Pan. Though her earthly journey ended, her presence remains: in drawings, in songs, in memories, and in love.

Aëla’s story isn’t just one of loss—it’s a lesson in how to live. She showed that even the briefest lives can be full of beauty, kindness, and meaning. Her legacy is light, joy, and magic.

She is:

Forever six. Forever cherished. Forever dancing. Forever singing. Forever free.

You live on, sweet Aëla.
And your light will never fade.
