A statement posted on The Max’s website announced her peaceful passing on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. “With heavy hearts, we share that Paula passed away peacefully,” the message read. It further highlighted Shaw’s profound impact: “Paula touched countless lives through The MAX, the Mastery, and her transformational work. Her legacy lives on in the communities she created and the lives she changed.”
