Sylvester Stallone has left California behind, selling his Beverly Park and Hidden Hills estates, and this month he finally gave fans a peek inside his stunning new Florida mansion. The Rocky icon and his wife Jennifer Flavin, married for 28 years, opened the doors to their $35 million Palm Beach estate in a feature for Veranda magazine. But for the couple, this home is about more than marble floors and ocean views—it’s about comfort, soul, and space for their family and pets.
“Monumental structures, but none of them embraced you,” Stallone said of previous homes. That changed with their 2014-built Palm Beach property. “It finally felt like home.”
While the lakefront mansion dazzles with soaring ceilings and curated art, design choices focus on practicality—pets, kids, and family dinners are the priority. “We have three dogs and a cat and lots of children, nothing we own is precious,” Flavin said. “Our family is precious, but the material things are not.”
Celebrity designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, who previously worked with the couple in L.A., brought personality and livability to the space, using soft textures and performance fabrics mixed with glamour. The result is luxury that breathes and laughs.
Art is central, too. Stallone’s extensive collection fills the home, but it’s a living gallery. “I consider it like a wardrobe,” he said, moving and restaging pieces to “restimulate the mind.” The hallway features vibrant abstract panels and portraits by George Condo, Rashid Johnson, and Picasso.
The dining room boasts a vivid cobalt table inspired by a Damien Hirst butterfly piece, with bright blue pendant lights above.
Though polished, the home honors Stallone’s roots: Rocky and Rambo memorabilia fills the screening room, including the original Rocky script, championship belts, and iconic costumes.
The move follows Stallone’s sale of his Hidden Hills estate in 2023 to John Fogerty. The California property had sprawling amenities, but Stallone’s relocation was about reinvention.
Now, in Palm Beach, Stallone has found the perfect balance between glamour and everyday life—a place where art moves, dogs roam, and a Hollywood legend finally feels at home.
