Tiger Woods recently teed off with former President Donald Trump at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, ahead of his return to the PGA Tour. Woods is set to compete at Torrey Pines in the Genesis Invitational, marking his first official event since The Open. He will also travel to San Diego for next week’s tournament. Trump, meanwhile, attended the Super Bowl in New Orleans and has been involved in PGA Tour-Saudi negotiations. In a personal update, Woods announced the passing of his mother, Kultida Woods, at 80. Trump expressed his condolences, recalling Kultida’s influence on Tiger’s success. Woods and Trump share a longstanding friendship, with Woods awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2019.
